| Lampwork and Sterling Pod Pendant "Sea Tree" This unique pod pendant has one of my handmade lampwork beads as the focal. My lampwork bead measures approx. 1 inch by 9/16 of an inch and has been properly kiln annealed before using in this creation. I used real silver and gold in the bead making technique, which gives this bead a beautiful organic and almost iridescent coloring to the design and leaves tiny sparkles of silver flecks throughout the bead. Hints of coloring in Amber, Peridot, Aquamarine, and Ivory, tipped with Deep Aqua. All encased with Crystal clear for added depth and sparkle. A unique ribbed design adds even more beauty to this bead! The entire pendant has a measurement of 1 and 5/8 inches. I have used Sterling silver wire in a variety of thickness to create a gorgeous web-like effect, in this basket weaving/wire wrapping technique, ending with a Hill Tribe silver flower. I hand textured the spirals that drop down for a beautiful hand-crafted, artisan feel! The pendant is just gorgeous, chunky, and solid! It would look beautiful on ribbons, leather, or a chain!
