| Sterling and Lampwork Necklace "Sand Between my Toes" This is a most stunning necklace, which could have been plucked straight from the ocean itself! It is truly a gift for that Mermaid in you! Thou rememb'rest Since once I sat upon a promontory And heard a mermaid on a dolphin's back Uttering such dulcet and harmonious breath That the rude sea grew civil at her song And certain stars shot madly from their spheres To hear the sea-maid's music?" --From Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream I have filled this necklace with treasures from the earth and sea in warm shades of Ivory and Yellow: Seashells, Freshwater Pearls, Amber, Citrine, Agate, Buri Root, and Dyed Jade, along with a Sterling silver charm of a Sand Dollar. The pendant also has two of my handmade lampwork beads incoporated into the design and accenting Swarvorski crystals. All wire working is hand done by me in Sterling Silver, along with Sterling and Bali silver beads and spacers. Pendant comes on a 24 inch sterling chain. Three dangles adorn the end of the Sterling silver chain. A Sterling silver lobster class can fit through any of the loops along the chain, allowing for a variety of lengths that his necklace can be worn at, as desired. Pendant measures 2 and 1/4 inches long and has 14 charms in total. Lampwork beads were made by me and have been properly kiln annealed.
