Wrapped in the silence
of a majestic, mystical night.
Silver rings around Mistress Moon,
clouding her sight.
Tall velvet trees line a forrest
thick with mischief.
Castles dreamed from confusion,
built high upon a cliff.
Glittering gold dust on a path
that leads to lands untold.
Warm dew leaving diamonds
for the emerald blades to hold.
Souls desires buring
casting shadows and a glance.
Meadows and madness tangled
in beautiful circumstance.
World's not seen
but with passion's love concieve.
My eyes pooled with crystal tears,
only wanting to believe.
For here I am the princess,
You claimed me once to be.
Once upon a time,
across an endless sea.
The knight in shining armor,
Battling for my hand.
Illusions decieved in darkness
will never understand.
Chances that you are searching
upon your galliant steed.
Carry me over this canyon of hope
to bring me what I need.
Love this fair maiden
born inside a star.
Rescue love from sorrow,
distant memories afar.
Shimmering sunsets, ever after,
reflections mirror a true heart.
Two souls dancing with infinity,
never again to part.
Whispers carress my body,
lies promising bliss.

I close my eyes and I remember....
I am free, I am motion,
Full of life, full of living.
The wind ripples through the ribbons in my hair
Colors of the rainbow trail forever.
The air carresses my wings,
Gently lifting me,
Silently.
The moon shimmers on my bare back,
It's coolness like water,
Running my fingers through it.
The Earth's stars blanket my soul.
My entire being is on fire,
Great Deep Blue Fire.
I can feel everything, I am a part of everything,
Everything knows me.
I breathe in the sky,
the stars, the moon, the sun.
I breathe in the oceans,
the mountains, the forrests.
Remembering for a second of light, no more,
That I am not me.
I am this great thing.
I am all that is here around me.
This must be Freedom, This must be LIFE,
The life that burns holes through my skin,
Screaming to get out.
To be free, to be here
And I open my eyes
I am back,In my body
And I forget all over again.

Lost in iridescent illusions,
Living on dreams,
This love feels real,
But nothing is as it seems.
A self made labrynth,
With my heart do defend.
Is this just the beginning?

Angels dousing the fire burning within,
Devils closing my eyes, ignoring the sin.
Guilt inspired tears
Keeping me up through the night.
Trying to pretend
These wrongs are all right.
Your today holds the answers
That my tomorrow will bring.
Will it leave me broken, crying?
Or inspire me to sing?
